Our certification
What our ISO certification covers
Kalika Enterprises operates a certified quality management system covering the manufacture of cold drawn bright steel bars — from incoming material control through shot blasting, drawing, straightening, cutting, inspection and dispatch.
In practice, certification means three things are documented and audited: that we have defined procedures for each of those steps, that we keep records proving they were followed, and that we have a defined route for handling anything that goes wrong.
The certificate scan, certificate number, issuing body and validity period are published below. If your vendor approval process needs a copy on letterhead or direct verification with the certifying body, ask us and we will arrange it.

What we provide for an IATF 16949 chain
We are a material supplier into IATF-certified customers, not an IATF-certified manufacturer ourselves. Here is exactly what we do provide.
- Heat number on every bundle, on the delivery challan and on the certificate
- Mill test certificate for the heat, supplied with the consignment
- Kalika test certificate covering the drawn product
- Certified hardenability (Jominy) data on H grades such as 16MnCr5H
- Production records linking each heat to line, shift, operator, die and date
- Batch history retrievable on request for audit or investigation
