Our team
The people on the floor
A drawing line is only as consistent as the operator running it. Ours are permanent employees, not contract labour — because the difference shows up in the bar.
How we are organised
Small enough to know, large enough to deliver
Cold drawing rewards experience in a way that is hard to write into a procedure. Knowing when a die is starting to go, hearing that a line is not pulling cleanly, spotting a surface defect that a gauge would pass — that is operator judgement, and it comes from running the same machines for years.
So our line operators are permanent monthly-salaried employees, each with their own login on our production system. Every run they complete is recorded against their name, alongside the line, shift, die and heat number. That is not surveillance; it is how a concern gets traced to a cause instead of a guess.
On the commercial side, the same principle applies. You will deal with the same people from enquiry to delivery, and they will have the technical answer or get it from the floor — not read it off a brochure.
